● Engineering output as follows: Mold Analysis - 2D Mold Layout - 3D Model - CNC Programing and the part detail drawings. 

 
● Mould Design and Project Control

Generally, 3 days will be taken to finish the preliminary mold layouts after we get the final files of parts.

To make the projects better controlled in Nisda, we follow the way one project engineer appointed to be in charged of the project until mould shipment.

The 2D translation formats we could read are dwg/dxf/tif/jpeg/pdgf/bmp

The 3D translation formats we could read are stp/igs/x_t/prt

The software for 2D mould layout is Auto-Cad

The software for 3D mold model are Pro-E/ & UG
The software we use for CNC programing are UG/ Mastercam/ Powermill
Moldflow is used by us to make mould flow analysis.
